If you haven’t heard of this event in America, you are clearly not even paying attention to the news.

Yes… I understand your sentiment about all the useless Trump news and all the partisan bickering going on in the government.  We even miss out on important issues because they get overshadowed by Trump news.  But at the very least, you have to pay attention to non-political news like the American Solar Eclipse of 2017.

Thanks to modern technology, there were quite a few YouTube Live feeds going on.  So even though I was not in the path of totality for this eclipse I still got to experience the awesomeness that is a total eclipse (of the heart.)

This article is pretty amazing.  A couple managed to buy and own the street/sidewalk of a wealthy neighborhood.

I recognize the capacity of the human brain to seek some sort of underlying reason attempting to link independent mishaps together.

Yet with that knowledge why do I still try to correlate these mishaps?

I’m not sure who to attribute this too.  It’s like an amalgamation of different people’s ideas into one simple quote.

Scalping Tickets is pretty big business.  Even Ticketmaster has decided to “allow” scalping of tickets by providing a secondary market for “verified” sales…  This is a screenshot of anyone looking to buy Hamilton Tickets.  Note the Orchestra prices.

And do you know how much Orchestra tickets generally go for?  Less than 200 dollars without the added fees tacked.  Resale goes for double the initial purchasing price.  As much as I understand the whole arbitrage of tickets, I find it a bit absurd that Ticketmaster allows the resale of their own tickets.

If you look carefully, some of the premium $650 seats are going for double as well.  Why would anyone want to pay double the price for premium seats when there are still seats left?  egads…

Sometimes I feel like I set myself up for utter disappointment and heartbreak. 

Have you seen the Apple AirPods in the wild?  Does anyone think that they look ridiculous the way it hangs off the ear while in use?  I had to do a double take one day when I saw someone walk by with it.  I initially thought it was some weird shaped ear piercing.

• Is a wrap just an alternative way to serve a sandwich ie… I can order a turkey sandwich and turkey a turkey wrap. I can also order a carnitas burrito but not carnitas sandwich.  
•  Is a burrito considered to be “ethnic food” while a wrap is catch-all be-all term? 
• Is it the type of filling that defines a wrap or a burrito?
